UPDATE: No chip. Abbott Animal clinic near 1960 just verified.

Please let me know of some rescues to get in contact with as soon as this storm is over! Or let me know of better places to post for this dog.
Thanks.

INFO: Found this dog tied to a post on Aldine Westfield rd at an Exxon gas station with green leash and collar in pics.
Asked everyone available if they knew anything. One guy said the dog was there this morning, tied to the front of the store so they tied him to a pole way out by the road. He was left because maybe his owners figured someone would get him? But no one claimed him or even wanted to touch him. So everyone else was leaving him to starve/dehydrate (ate a large bowl and a half of food and drank a half bucket of water).

Looks like a Labrador/beagle or bully breed/lab mix. Is about one year old. Energetic, but fairly behaved and listens well. Needs to be fixed and some reinforcement of his mental security.
Need a foster home (maybe until we can get a house) or rescue for him. We already have one dog and a cat in a tiny one bedroom (800 square ft) apartment. Two animal limit. And there’s two adults with a baby. Very limited space.
He’s being called Harvey Danger for now. (Its a band, but also he was in danger during the Harvey storm. Lol)
